Gerling’s Service Department
Sunbury, Ohio, July 15, 2015:
For many years now, you have all been reading our newsletters where I really brag about our great service department. Much of that comes from the fact that when Remote Television Broadcast TV dominates so much of our business, service is A-1 critical. I also joke about the fact that G&A trucks only break down on Sunday morning at 4 AM and that really does stress the critical nature of what we do and how we do it. If the show is to go on at 1 PM on a Sunday, we need to do all possible to help our clients make that happen.
This same effort comes also into play in remedial and shop service as well. Brandon Robinson heads up this department and he and his team really work hard to get service needs into our shop and out of our shop on a very timely basis. Therefore, we have elected to use a new service slogan for Brandon's department, "More Hustle, Less Hassle!” Yes, you read that right, "MORE HUSTLE, LESS HASSLE!”
Get on the job fast, fix it and make it as painless as possible for the customer, more hustle, less hassle! I really like the ring of that new slogan. See it now listed with Brandon's contact info in our Newsletter and put Brandon's contact info in your phone.
